My journey began in Virginia and took me all over the world
- from a budding Actor, Writer and Director amidst some of the "Greats" at the Actors' Studio in NY: Lee Strasberg, Elia Kazan, Marilyn Monroe, Tennessee Williams, and James Baldwin; to a Journalist/Columnist for the Toronto Star, Chatelaine & Saturday Night magazines; to FIRST Film Critic on Canadian Television (CBC); to being considered a Master Teacher/Acting Coach/Consultant who taught not only the likes of Kevin Costner, Bruce Dern, Tom Cavanagh, Louis Gossett Jr. and Michael Ironside, but also decided to bring "Actors Exercises" to writers (like Norman Mailer!), directors, producers,
business executives, health care practitioners, yoga teachers, and now, quite literally, to people all over the world - in
my new book "Actors' Exercises for Everybody"... (more in BIO).
